In 2020, India (unit X), Israel (unit X), Singapore (unit X), Philippines (unit X), Indonesia (unit X), United Arab Emirates (unit X), Malaysia (unit X), Saudi Arabia (unit X) X units), Vietnam (X units), South Korea (X units), Pakistan (X units) and Japan (X units) are the major importers of cranes and mobile cranes, accounting for X% of total imports.

From 2007 to 2020, the largest increase was in Israel, while other leaders saw more modest increases in purchases. By value, Israel ($X), Indonesia ($X) and Singapore ($X) were the top importers in 2020, accounting for X% of total imports. During the period under review, Israel had the highest import value growth rate among the major importing countries, while other leaders had more moderate purchase growth rates.

Statistics of various crane suppliers in Asia
China ($2.6B) remains the largest crane supplier in Asia by value, accounting for 64% of total exports. In second place was Japan ($718 million), which accounted for 18% of total exports. It is followed by South Korea with a share of 4.6%.

The largest crane import markets in Asia by value are Israel ($363 million), Indonesia ($317 million) and Singapore ($289 million), which together account for 27% of total imports.

The export price of cranes in Asia in 2020 was USD 39,708 per unit, down -20.3% from the previous year.

In 2020, the import price of cranes in Asia was US$49,089/unit, a year-on-year increase of 23%.
